In early 2009, and after 2 other failed attempts at getting Nipsey Hussle to do an interview with Alex Alonso it eventually happened. The rest of the world knew very little about Nipsey Hussle, but he was making a name in Los Angeles hip-hop circles in 2007 and 2008 with the release of 3 mix tapes, Bullets Aint Got no Name. At the end of the interview, Alex asked Nipsey to spit a few bars.
