Ender and Millie are the very definition of puppy best friends. The two met as playful 4- and 5-month-old pups at the local dog park, and their bond was instant. They enjoyed each others company so much that we began arranging regular playdates at home, where they seemed even more comfortable playing one-on-one.
In this clip, Ender (a 7-month-old brown and white Havanese) and Millie (an 8-month-old Maltipoo) are reunited for another playdate. The moment Millie arrives, their excitement completely takes over so much so that before their paws even touch the ground, they begin swimming in the air with their little legs, as if trying to run to each other midair. I (Kathleen) was holding Ender while Millies owner, Sheila, held Millie, and neither of us could stop laughing at their over-the-top anticipation.
The video was filmed at our home on August 13, 2025, by my husband using an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Although the pair had done this hilarious air swimming once before, this time we were lucky enough to capture it on camera and it perfectly shows just how inseparable these two have become.
