This is the astonishing moment a wild bear stole a tourist's lunch at a mountain cafe.
Footage captured by Som Nueng shows the ravenous bruin standing on its hind legs, reaching for a dish on a high table at Khao Phanoen Thung mountain in Phetchaburi Province.
The holidaymaker can be seen slowly pushing the plate towards the beast, prompting the animal to snatch the food and lick the rice from the plate on December 21.
Som said: 'Some of the tourists backed away in fear that they might be attacked, while others were unfazed and even offered food to the bear.'
