A resident has captured dramatic footage of water leaking heavily inside a new apartment building during the severe flooding that swept across Dubai following record rainfall in December 2025. The clip, posted by @hannyandmiru, shows water pouring from the ceiling and spreading rapidly across the floor as the storm overwhelmed parts of the city.
