In a surreal moment captured during a torrential downpour, floodwaters in Saltillo swept through the streets with such force that Walmart shopping carts were dragged from a nearby store, only to end up perfectly aligned, one behind the other, as if parked by design.
The scene unfolded near Plaza Real, where heavy rains caused widespread flooding, stranding vehicles and inundating businesses.
