Donald Glover’s self-interview has backfired and now he’s trending on Twitter. Social media is none too happy with the “Atlanta” creator and star after he interviewed himself for Interview magazine.
The 38-year-old said it was an attempt to “get questions I usually don’t get asked.” Unfortunately folks on Twitter thought it was “cringey,” “weird” and “self-aggrandizing.”
Some of topics included his career, opinions on cancel culture, race, and if he’s afraid of black women, to which he responded: “Why are you asking me that?”
Of course this comes shortly after the return of his hit series “Atlanta.” We caught up with the cast during the Hollywood premiere and interviewed them about the third and final season.
