In this clip, Twista gave his take on the Chicago rap scene and particularly how it has become more infused with the streets. But Twista doesn’t totally agree that this is a new phenomenon but rather the technology allows more access to the raw depictions of Chicago that weren’t available years ago. Moreover, Twista says rappers like Chief Keef were able to broadcast the streets via social media like artists from his era weren’t able to.
