Famed attorney Tom Mesereau came through for another VladTV interview, and he started off by reacting to Bill Cosby’s release from prison, stating that “the justice system finally prevailed.” Mesereau went on to address Cosby’s case involving Andrea Constand, as he was a member of Cosby’s legal team, including the deal Cosby made with former Pennsylvania D.A. Bruce Castor. Tom pointed to Castor’s “exhaustive investigation” into the claims against Cosby, which concluded with Castor revealing that the case didn’t belong in a courtroom.
