The Cast Of Wednesday Real Ages

Teens on TV are rarely played by actual teenagers. But what about the mysterious and spooky cast of Netflix’s Wednesday? Today, we’re revealing their real life ages, and some of them may give you a fright!

Jenna Ortega stars as Wednesday Addams, who’s supposed to be a 16-year-old. In real life, Jenna is 20 years old, but she’d just turned 19 at the beginning of shooting the first season. Actress Emma Myers (Enid) and Georgie Farmer (Ajax) are also 20. Percy Hynes White (Xavier) is a touch older at age 21. Hunter Doohan (Tyler) and Joey Sunday (Bianca) are even older. Hunter is 28, and Joy is 27. Probably the most surprising IRL age is actor Moosa Mostafa, who plays the bee-loving sweetie, Eugene Otinger. He’s supposed to be 16, but Moosa is actually 13! And he was around 12 years old when he shot the series.

As for the adults, former Wednesday actress Christina Ricci is 42, same as her character. Gwendoline Christie is a little younger than her onscreen counterpart, Principal Weems. She was only 42 when she shot the first season. Catherine Zeta-Jones is about ten years older than Gwendoline, even though their characters are supposed to be the same age. But Luis Guzman’s Gomez has the biggest actor-to-character age gap. Gomez is supposed to be 50, and Luis is now 66!
