What was supposed to be routine asphalt resurfacing turned into a sticky nightmare for residents of a gated community, captured in a viral Instagram video by @overlandescapades, now with over 2 million views.
During the project, a hose on the tar truck blew, spraying PMM (Polymer Modified MasterSeal) sealanta heavy-duty asphalt emulsionacross two vehicles and nearby homes.
