Swave Sevah fires back at critics who claim he and Ike P are not truly restoring order in battle rap!
During this exclusive interview with Bosschick Raine of HipHopIsReal at Rone’s The Nicest compliment battle event, Swave responds to the pressure placed on Restore Order to address every controversy in the culture. He explains that he and Ike P are only two people—but says Restore Order has already helped stop dangerous behavior at battle events, including pocket tapping, chain grabbing and disrespect that could have escalated into serious violence.
Swave also speaks on battle rap losing its exclusivity, fans becoming too familiar with battlers and people who have never rapped attempting to tell experienced artists how to perform.
