A tourist gave a tour of his one-dollar-a-night Airbnb room in Thailand.
Footage shows backpacker Mike Rari presenting the features of his ultra-cheap accommodation in Bangkok.
He said in the video: ‘I paid one dollar for this AirBNB and I'm going to show you guys inside.'
Mike's shabby room was on the second floor accessible through a rotting ladder on the wall outside, with an entrance made of scrap wood.
Upon opening the door, the small room had a bed covered in a mosquito net, a trash can, a drawer for his valuables, and a fan.
He said, pointing to an American flag: ‘US flag so you feel right at home.'
There was also an electric outlet and WiFi, while the yard outside had a place to dry laundry, small gym equipment, and a mini-kitchen, which is basically a table with appliances such as a rice cooker, boiler, and fridge.
The toilet and bath are for sharing, while a locked cabinet can be rented for 1 baht (0.022 GBP) per night.
Incredibly, it is just a 10 minute drive from the bustling Chinatown area of the Thai capital or a 30 minute taxi ride from the vibrant red-light strip in the Nana are of Sukhumvit an the famous Soi Cowboy gogo bars.
