Robert Lee Noye was charge with first degree harassment for kidnapping a white women and forcing her to watch the 9 hour long movie, ‘Roots,’ so she can better understand racism. When she tried to move he threatened to kill her and spread her body parts on Interstate 380 on the way to Chicago.
