What began as a typical night turned into a full-blown balcony standoff when residents of a Manchester apartment building had finally had enough of one neighbours relentless music.
Shaun, lying in bed with his TV volume cranked to 70, still couldnt hear a word. Curious and frustrated, he stepped onto his balcony, only to find other neighbours already gathered, shouting at the source of the noise. Sensing a moment, Shaun began recording what would become a viral video dubbed Neighbour War.
