Paula Jai Parker opened up to VladTV about playing Joi in Friday. She also addressed the scene where Joi calls Craig about cheating when she’s lying in bed with another man. Parker revealed that Ice Cube says he gets asked about the scene all the time, and she added that it was director F. Gary Gray’s idea.
