In the last several years, many heterosexual rappers have come out in support of the LGBTQ community, but none quite in the way NLE Choppa has. While hip-hop’s relationship with the LGBTQ community has been murky in the past, Choppa continues to brave new waters. From performing at Pride events to recently posing for the cover of Playgirl magazine, the Memphis rapper has challenged the concept of masculinity many times over.
