A homeowner in Portland, Oregon, filmed an aggressive encounter with their neighbour who appeared to throw rocks towards them.
The filmer told Newsflare: “I was hanging up Christmas lights when they decided to go in his house and grab a bag of rocks and decided to throw it at my phone and then proceeded throw it at my car when I told him not to!”
