On a sweltering summer night in the city, content creator Big Chain brought cool relief and viral joy to a neighborhood by transforming an open fire hydrant into a makeshift fountain.
Using a traffic cone placed over the gushing hydrant, Big Chain redirected the water upward, creating a splash zone that quickly drew in neighborhood kids.
