Luenell said that she thought the memorial was very well done, adding that she was moved by Alicia Keys’ performance of “Moonlight Sonata.” She also pointed out that while Kobe’s parents and sisters were in attendance, they didn’t speak at the memorial, which led to a conversation about Kobe’s marriage to Vanessa being controversial with his family.
