Lord Jamar opened up to VladTV about being arrested for shooting a gun while Brand Nubian was recording their first album. He explained that the incident happened when he went to a bar with his gun to defend his younger brothers against some other people. Jamar added that he and his brothers were outnumbered and feared for their lives, so he took out his gun and fired it in the air.
