Markee “KeKe” Carter was sentenced to LIFE in prison for a shooting that hit no persons and resulted in no injuries. He joined the Insane Crips in Long Beach along with his brother. In part 2, KeKe explains how he got a LIFE sentence but in this part 3, he explains how a loop hole in the law, Youth Offender act, allowed him to challenge his life sentence.
