Former Harlem drug kingpin Kevin Chiles sat down for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he started out by speaking about growing up in the Bronx. Chiles explained that despite living in a two-parent home, they were still poor due to his father’s construction career. In his pre-teen years, Chiles started noticing the older kids making money in the streets, but he wasn’t quite sure how they were doing it.
