Keefe D said while he was incarcerated he used the time to develop a plan to use to become a better, more elusive criminal once he was released. Keefe D spoke about getting hooked up with a Colombian plug for cocaine. He explained how the connect was able to give him $2.5 million in product on consignment the first time they did business.
