A man in Largo, Florida, says a stranger tried to take his puppy while he was training the dog to walk beside him with the leash dragging.
According to the owner, the woman insisted the dog was loose, then grabbed the leash and wrapped it around her bike and hand, refusing to let go.
He repeatedly told her to release it as his puppy remained calm by his side. The situation ended after he intervened to get the leash back and leave with his dog safely.
