A creator says he was given a six‑month ban from Fairview Mall following a disagreement with security over wearing a helmet inside the building.
He explained that he had been “spreading positive vibes,” taking photos, and exchanging stickers when a guard asked him to remove the helmet, which he agreed to do. “Instead of de‑escalating, she came in with unnecessary anger and escalated the situation further,” he said, describing the supervisor’s approach.
He emphasized that he complied with the mall’s policies and remained calm throughout, hoping for “mutual respect and a calm, professional approach.” The creator felt the incident became more of a “power trip” than a simple enforcement of rules.
Despite the ban, he maintains he tried to stay peaceful and respectful during the interaction.
