In this clip, Jermaine Hopkins spoke about his most recent run-in with the law and again it stemmed from marijuana. Only this time in North Carolina. Jermaine said he isn’t afraid of the repercussions that come with him smoking weed evidenced by him falling asleep in the interrogation room after being placed in police custody. He was later given probation but told the officer that he won’t stop smoking. He went on to explain how weed is merely a nuisance to the court system at this point.
