While NBA YoungBoy Is trying desperately to get out of jail, his BM Yaya Mayweather may be joining him.
As previously reported, Yaya was arrested in April of 2020 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly stabbing NBA YoungBoy’s baby mother, Lapattra Jacobs, multiple times which resulted in serious injuries.
While it seemed as if this case was going to fade into oblivion with the help of her dad Floyd Mayweather’s high-powered attorneys, Yaya is facing upwards of 20 years behind bars if convicted.
The 21-year-old welcomed a baby boy with NBA YoungBoy in January but hasn’t addressed her legal troubles. Meanwhile, YoungBoy is still trying to be released from jail while he awaits trial.
