Kourtney Kardashians’ multi-millionaire dollar mansions are something to behold. She continues to trade up houses. Recently, she spent Memorial Day with her kids, Mason, Penelope and Reign, and her new boyfriend, Travis Barker. After the two became official, they have been packing on the PDA at her new Palm Springs mansion. It is over 9000 square feet and located in a gated upscale La Quinta neighborhood, the contemporary mansion was newly constructed this year. The view is beyond gorgeous with views of snow capped mountains. The luxurious mansion cost $12 million. The mansion is part of the exclusive gated community at the Madison Club in La Quinta, known for its high-profile clientele.
While she spent Memorial Day at her new mansion, Kourtney has long primarily resided in the Calabasas Estates at the Oaks enclave, which is a gated community within another gated community. It is an ultra-private, luxury community, just a short drive over the Ventura Freeway from Kris’s residence. Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick bought the house in 2014 for $7.4 million dollars to raise their family. Kourtney’s two previous houses were also in Calabasas. Her first home was purchased for $300,000 in 1998 and sold for $795,000 in 2010. They purchased their second house in December 2010 for $1.7 million and sold it in 2014 for $3.5 million.
