Health is wealth wht good is it to have money if u not gone b healthy to spend it
I haven’t had a physical in some years. Told my self only way to make sure u completely healthy is to go see th doctor
I pride myself on stayin in shape and being conscious of how my body works
But wht u see on th outside my not b th same on th inside so make sure u go see ur doctor for frequent check ups
If u don’t have 1 then here’s 1 for u give th office a call and get u an appointment
