Grant went on to speak about his large staff across his various businesses, and he revealed that he only laid off 42 employees due to the coronavirus shutting down businesses across the globe. Grant then predicted that the U.S. will see 30% unemployment, and he advised people to stay on at their jobs without pay and not leave to start all over again.
