In this clip, Godfrey shared his thoughts on Tom Brady leaving the Patriots and being one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. Godfrey stated that while he respects Brady, he believes there was some shady stuff going down at a couple of the Patriots’ Super Bowl. Godfrey then added that he thinks the NFL was trying to make sure that the most-winning Super Bowl quarterback was white, as Black athletes weren’t allowed to be quarterbacks in the past.
While speaking about rumors of Brady taking Antonio Brown with him to the Buccaneers, Godfrey was surprised given Brown’s recent outbursts and brush with the law.
