At 33 years old, McKara Grey is undergoing a serious palate expansion, shifting her V-shaped palate into a U shape for better alignment.
Because of her age, the process required a maxilla bone cut before placing six mini screws to help encourage the split, a challenging but crucial step in achieving the desired results.
