In this video, I share a personal warning about the dangers of neck popping. My husband used to crack his neck regularly, and it led to a serious medical emergency. Because of repeated neck popping, he suffered a cervical artery dissection, which caused a blood clot that led to three mini strokes and eventually a cerebellar stroke on Christmas Eve. I made this video to raise awareness and urge others to stop popping their necks before its too late.
