Dominique Wilkins, nine-time NBA All-Star and Hall of Famer, recently sat down with VladTV to discuss his journey from a tough upbringing to basketball superstardom. Born in France on a military base outside Paris, Wilkins spent his early childhood in Paris before moving to Baltimore, a place notorious for being one of the most dangerous cities in America. Despite these challenges, a local playground legend named Big Harold introduced him to basketball at the age of 12. Harold saw potential in Wilkins and the latter eventually fulfilled this promise.
