Dame Dash Responds To Funk Flex With Alarming RECEIPTS!!

After Roc-a-Fella founder Damon Dash branded Cohen a “culture vulture” for profiting from the booming genre, fellow legend Funkmaster Flex jumped to Cohen’s defense.

“It’s always easy to turn people against the rich JEWISH GUY that is still relevant and making money,” Funkmaster said to longtime pal Dash via an Instagram post.

But he argued that Def Jam Recordings — which Cohen ran in the ’80s and which worked with Roc-a-Fella — had rescued artists including Jay-Z.

“Jay-Z would have been another great MC that faded into obscurity.”

He added, “Without the Def Jam machine Roc-a-Fella would have died in the wind!” Dash responded by asking Funkmaster to contact him in person.
