This father in Catherine, Alabama, built himself a coffin from a pine tree that was growing on his land.
Filmed by his daughter, Claude explains how he wants to be buried inside one of his pine trees and how he doesn’t want his family to “waste a lot of money” on him.
Claude’s daughter told Newsflare: “My dad is one of a kind and a few years back decided to build his coffin. He spent days looking for the perfect, big enough pine tree in our place, has it cut, plained and he and some buddies built it on a hunting weekend at our camp house in rural Alabama. Its sat in his little shop for years and I decided he needed to share it. This man has the most unbelievable but true stories.”
