A flash flood on Bourbon Street in New Orleans turned into an unexpected wildlife parade complete with a floating banana, a sewer-hopping rat, and a cockroach riding out the storm in a Styrofoam cup.
Tony and his friends were en route to a bar when torrential rain forced them to take shelter inside a pizza shop. As the street outside transformed into a river, they watched in disbelief as debris floated by including a banana and a rat that leapt from a sewer and darted into a bar across the street.
