Mixing work and romance is NOT always a good idea. Especially when you’re co-stars on a hit TV show or a popular film franchise. Some of these co-stars learned that blurry lines can get complicated real quick.
Dating a co-star may have worked out for some of these actors, but on-screen off-screen romances tend to end up with someone getting hurt or a few awkward moments. Let’s just hope it’s a different story for SpiderMan co-stars Zendaya and Tom Holland. These SpiderMan No Way Home co-stars spun a web of rebellion when they went against their producer’s advice. Zendaya and Tom Holland have been dating since at least spring of 2021 after meeting on the set of the first SpiderMan film in 2016.
Some fans might already know that Zendaya and Tom are actually following in the footsteps of a long line of SpiderMan co-star romances! The first on-screen web man, Toby Maguire, also started a real life relationship with his MJ counterpart, Kirsten Dunst, after the first movie. Co-stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone also got hot and heavy off-screen!
Other co-stars like Joey King and Jacob Elordi, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse, and Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson would all say that work and love don’t mix! Not only is it awkward, but dating sometimes goes against the rules and the advice of producers, directors, and family.
