Today we’ve got a real Bronx story.
Genesis and Rafael, the brother-sister duo behind Taller De Rafa, started their creative atelier inside their parents’ apartment back in 2018. What began as a small workshop turned into a full-blown fashion universe inspired by automotive culture — complete with screen-printing workshops, paint can handbags, nut-and-bolt hardware, and flipped retro graphics.
This is not your typical streetwear brand.
Rooted in Dominican culture and Bronx hustle, Taller De Rafa is making fashion education and entrepreneurship accessible to the community through “El Taller,” their hands-on creative workshops.
