LOS ANGELES – Alneisha Handy discusses getting arrested in 2010 for credit card fraud in Tennessee while a college student at Clark Atlanta University. She bailed out and her life was forever changed and she talks about dealing with her case and being overwhelmed with the justice system in Tennessee and not meeting the courts expectations.
