Just a cute clip from Russia showing a friendly seal enjoying a stroke from passersby.
Footage captured on the shore of Lake Baikal in Siberia on September 21 shows the wild mammal approaching a couple and gazing at them through its large, twinkly eyes.
“Hello, little one,” says the man.
The Baikal seal then allows the pair to give it a stroke for a long while and appears to be enjoying the interaction.
The Baikal seal is one of the smallest true seals and the only exclusively freshwater species.
