Los Angeles Police Chief Michel R. Moore spoke at a news conference Tuesday about the shooting death of rapper Nipsey Hussle and the search for a suspect identified as 29-year-old Eric Holder. Moore said there appeared to be a “personal matter” or “dispute” between the two.
