Ave says Kyd Slade raps better than Eazy The Block Captain—but explains why that alone doesn’t decide their battle.
Having battled both, Ave gives Hollyfield of HipHopIsReal his firsthand perspective on the matchup.
Ave praises Kyd Slade’s momentum and credits Eazy with understanding that battle rap involves more than rap ability. He says the result could go either way depending on how the room receives their material, and hopes the matchup stays focused on battle rap.
He also reflects on another Summer Madness in the books, his last-minute co-main-event appearance, and the support from Atlanta and Smack.
Does Kyd Slade’s rapping give him the edge, or will Eazy’s approach make the difference?
