He recounted encountering the duo on the Las Vegas Strip, taking the iconic picture, following their caravan, and witnessing the chaotic aftermath when shots were fired into the BMW.
Mario Diaz (Witness #17): Director of BET’s Death Row Chronicles, Diaz testified about conducting multiple compensated 2017 sitting interviews with Keefe D. He affirmed under oath that Keefe D was never scripted or coached during his on-camera confessions, establishing that the recorded statements followed strict journalistic standards.
Michael Dorsey (Witness #18): Producer of the documentary Murder Rap, Dorsey explained his work reviewing LAPD investigative task force files alongside former detective Greg Kading. He detailed background connections involving figures like Eric “Zip” Martin and Sean Combs while assisting prosecutors in laying out video and audio timelines for the jury.
They also played an audio interview of a 2009 sit down with Keefe De.
