Kamala Harris has made history, while looking incredibly good. She is the first female Vice President of The United States of America. Not only so she is also the first black and south Asian Vice President. Wow, talk about an accomplishment. Vice President Kamala Harris has a history of supporting women and minorities. She also has a history of sporting Chuck Taylor Converse sneakers and pearls. The shoes are of comfort for her and she has many different pairs. As for the pearls, they’re a nod to her sorority at Howard University.
Her most iconic looks have to be inauguration. She wore three memorable outfits. The purple outfit shows her support for unity, emerging American designers, and black designers. Her Pyer Moss look mixed classic with futuristic themes, making it go viral. Just like her Pyer Moss coat, her black outfit was also by a black designer. Though she didn’t wear Chuck Taylor on inauguration, she’s worn many different pairs during the campaign trial. But don’t think she only wears Chucks or heels, she’s also worn Timberlands and wedge sandals. She pulls off all of it effortlessly. You can typically find her in a pantsuit but sometimes a dress. She looks powerful and regal no matter what she wears.
